acceptable stay with some issues
small room noise problem
the staff was helpful (i especially appreciated their quick responses).
The room i booked was smaller than expected. the lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably, and the furniture felt cramped. there was also a noticeable noise issue. Sounds from adjacent rooms and the hallway were easily heard, disturbing sleep.

the staff was friendly. i found the room very clean, a small detail i really noticed. breakfast had fresh options, satisfying to start the day.
the elevator was a bit slow at peak times.

helpful staff spacious layout fresh fruit
I found the staff helpful. They answered all my questions. The room had a spacious layout, GREAT for spreading out. The breakfast offered many choices including hot dishes and fresh fruit.
The hallway carpets showed slight wear. in a few spots.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
convenient location modern bathroom comfy beds
I found the location convenient! The superior triple room was well-appointed. It had excellent amenities. The bathroom was modern and clean with ample space for toiletries. The beds were super comfy, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after exploring.
The elevator access was slightly limited. I noticed I needed to use stairs for one short flight.
